• In-house application screening, including credit check with FICO score, checking rental history, employment verification and providing optional background and criminal history reports

• Formal recommendations of all qualified applicants

• Preparing and completing the lease agreement and any required local addenda

​

• Collecting the holding deposit, security deposit, and first month’s rent

​

• Conducting the initial walk through/ move-in inspection of the property with your new tenant and completing the necessary forms for your records

• Promptly providing you with signed lease documents and any accounting associated with the transaction

 

Our fee for this service is 80% of the first months rental income for leases of 9-12 months, or half of one month's rental income on leases less than 9 months and is payable only after we have located a qualified tenant for your home!
