Include:​

• Consultation- including on-site rental property evaluation and price point assessment

​

• Recommendation of necessary maintenance and improvements in preparation for leasing. Project management services are available per request (fees are separate)

• Creative advertising and marketing of your property, including the creation of a unique virtual tour of the property

​

• Arranging and hosting property tours with prospective tenants

​

• Application screening, including credit checks, eviction and criminal history reports, employment verification, and checking rental history

​

• Preparing and completing all contracts, including the lease agreement and any required local addenda

​

• Collecting all tenant deposits and the first month’s rent

​

• Conducting the initial walkthrough/ move-in inspection of the property with your new tenant and completing the tenant move-in report

​

• Tenant Placement services are available upon request and are not included in the fees below. Services to include: tenant and pet screening, drafting of lease agreement - $800 - $1,000
