Hosting Open Houses and showing your property to prospective tenants

In-house application screening, including credit check with FICO score, checking rental history, employment verification and providing optional background and criminal history reports

Formal recommendations of all qualified applicants

Preparing and completing the lease agreement and any required local addenda

Collecting the holding deposit, security deposit, and first month’s rent

Conducting the initial walk through/ move-in inspection of the property with your new tenant and completing the necessary forms for your records

Promptly providing you with signed lease documents and any accounting associated with the transaction
Our fee for this service is 80% of the first months rental income for leases of 9-12 months, or half of one month's rental income on leases less than 9 months and is payable only after we have located a qualified tenant for your home!

Founded in October 1988, NARPM® provides a permanent trade organization for the residential property management industry. NARPM® continues to be the premier professional association of residential property managers, currently representing more than 6,000 members comprised of real estate agents, brokers, managers, and their employees.
NARPM® promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practice. The Association also educates its members in the standards and practices of the residential property management industry and promotes continuing professional education. NARPM® members know that education and communication raise the level of our profession, so that we may better represent our clients. NARPM® is here to represent the interest of property managers.

A NARPM® Member shall be an individual actively engaged in the professional delivery of residential management services. A NARPM® Member may also be an employee of a company, a property owner, or an investor, who handles any aspect of the professional delivery of residential management services. This individual must follow their specific state regulatory licensing law and have completed a course of instruction covering the NARPM® Code of Ethics.
