  • Tenant access to their own on-line Portal where they can make maintenance requests (and track status in real-time), view their lease documents and financial ledger, order and manage renters insurance, order rent reporting and more.

  • Consultation service

  • Lock-out service

  • Providing an emergency answering service for your tenant, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

 

FEE STRUCTURE
Our monthly management service pricing for the above suite is 6-8% of gross rents collected each month. Our contract with you is on a month-to-month basis and leasing fees and services are separate.
